A company that
produces companies.
Seed to Fruit is a founder residency — a two-stage program that turns raw technical talent into funded, shipping companies. We operate at the intersection of extreme speed, elite facilitation, and institutional capital.
We don't lecture. We don't accelerate in the traditional sense. We build alongside founders, on camera, in real time.
Ultra hackathon
A two-week, high-intensity build sprint — an ultra hackathon. We invite 30–50 founders to ship in public with every build documented on camera. No equity is taken in Stage 1; participation is free, and the work itself is the signal.
The Host and Facilitators observe throughout. Top performers earn a seat in Stage 2 — the private residency.
Public proof-of-work beats pitch decks. Every build counts.
The Residency
This is the stage when you know you're into something — and you should go all out.
Think of the residency as an all-inclusive campus: accommodation, workspace, and meals handled so founders can focus entirely on building. Private living and work spaces, the Host on-site every day, elite facilitators for deep dives, and room for investors and customers to visit when it matters.

The Daily Structure
Our days are simple, intentionally designed to remove distraction so founders can focus on building. Two standups anchor each day; everything in between is building.
The best builders,
not the best speakers.
Everyone inside a Seed to Fruit residency is there to build — not to pitch, not to network, not to perform expertise. Every role is calibrated around output.
During the Residency
1) DOCUMENT THE JOURNEY
We build in public: every cohort is documented — a record of what it takes to go from idea to product to first customer in 14 days. The goal is to tell our founders’ story and create momentum behind their work.
2) OPEN DOORS
We facilitate investor, customer, and media relationships. They can drop in anytime — sit in standups, talk to founders, and see progress in real time.
Equity
Seed to Fruit takes 7% equity from every company that goes through the residency, in exchange for the full program: accommodation, workspace, meals, facilitators, host time, media production, and investor introductions.
Media is the engine.
Every cohort is a documented series — a real, unfiltered record of what it takes to go from idea to product to first customer in 14 days. The media isn't a marketing tactic. It is the primary growth mechanism.
Proof of concept.
Built in public.
Before scaling to a full fund, Seed to Fruit runs a pilot cohort — a partial program that validates the model and generates real fundraising material. Real footage. Real companies. Real cap table.
| Cohort Size | 10–15 founders (8–10 companies) |
| Duration | 14 days |
| Structure | Partial program — host, facilitators, standups, and media. No accommodation. |
| Equity | 5–7% taken in each company |
| Funding | Self-funded or single anchor angel |
| Primary Output | Shipped products, first customers, and a full media series |
| Secondary Output | Fund I fundraising material — real footage, real companies, real cap table |
| Success Criteria | Every company ships a product and acquires at least one paying customer by Day 14 |
