A company that
produces companies.

Seed to Fruit is a founder residency — a two-stage program that turns raw technical talent into funded, shipping companies. We operate at the intersection of extreme speed, elite facilitation, and institutional capital.

We don't lecture. We don't accelerate in the traditional sense. We build alongside founders, on camera, in real time.

Ultra hackathon

A two-week, high-intensity build sprint — an ultra hackathon. We invite 30–50 founders to ship in public with every build documented on camera. No equity is taken in Stage 1; participation is free, and the work itself is the signal.

The Host and Facilitators observe throughout. Top performers earn a seat in Stage 2 — the private residency.

Public proof-of-work beats pitch decks. Every build counts.

The Residency

This is the stage when you know you're into something — and you should go all out.

Think of the residency as an all-inclusive campus: accommodation, workspace, and meals handled so founders can focus entirely on building. Private living and work spaces, the Host on-site every day, elite facilitators for deep dives, and room for investors and customers to visit when it matters.

Stage 01 — The Hackathon
Two weeks.
Build in public.
  • Invite-only pool of 30–50 founders
  • Every build documented on camera
  • No equity taken — free to participate
  • Host and Facilitators observe throughout
  • Public proof-of-work that reveals real signal
Stage 02 — The Residency
Five to ten.
Fully immersed.
  • Top 5–10 founders selected from hackathon
  • Accommodation, workspace, meals — all covered
  • Host present daily as active co-founder
  • Elite facilitators on-site for deep dives
  • 5–7% equity in exchange for the full program

The Daily Structure

Our days are simple, intentionally designed to remove distraction so founders can focus on building. Two standups anchor each day; everything in between is building.

Morning
Build-Out Standup
Founders set daily intentions and receive immediate tactical feedback from the Host and Facilitators. Short, focused, actionable. No slides.
Evening
Demo Standup
Founders demo exactly what they shipped that day. No slides. No decks. Working product only. Investors and media can attend live.

The best builders,
not the best speakers.

Everyone inside a Seed to Fruit residency is there to build — not to pitch, not to network, not to perform expertise. Every role is calibrated around output.

The Host
An accomplished founder who has built and exited.
Present every day — not as a lecturer, but as an active co-founder. Receives 2–3% carry on the cohort portfolio plus a flat honorarium.
Facilitators
Elite experts. One day. Deep dives only.
Engineers, designers, operators, lawyers, growth experts. Sourced through formal partnerships with companies like Stripe, Figma, Linear, and Vercel.
Founders
One goal: ship and acquire a customer.
Rigorously selected through pre-cohort interviews. Expected to focus entirely on building and customer acquisition for 14 consecutive days.

During the Residency

1) DOCUMENT THE JOURNEY

We build in public: every cohort is documented — a record of what it takes to go from idea to product to first customer in 14 days. The goal is to tell our founders’ story and create momentum behind their work.

2) OPEN DOORS

We facilitate investor, customer, and media relationships. They can drop in anytime — sit in standups, talk to founders, and see progress in real time.

Equity

Seed to Fruit takes 7% equity from every company that goes through the residency, in exchange for the full program: accommodation, workspace, meals, facilitators, host time, media production, and investor introductions.

$3–5M
Fund I — covers 5 cohorts per year, media production, host compensation, and team
50
Companies per year — each with 5–7% equity taken at formation
20%
Standard carry on fund returns to Seed to Fruit
100%
LP visibility — public record of every build and what their capital produced

Media is the engine.

Every cohort is a documented series — a real, unfiltered record of what it takes to go from idea to product to first customer in 14 days. The media isn't a marketing tactic. It is the primary growth mechanism.

01 Media attracts the next generation of founders
02 Founders build companies inside the residency
03 Companies generate a high-signal portfolio
04 Portfolio attracts LPs with full visibility into what their capital funds
05 LPs fund more residencies, scaling the program
06 More residencies generate more media — the cycle compounds

Proof of concept.
Built in public.

Before scaling to a full fund, Seed to Fruit runs a pilot cohort — a partial program that validates the model and generates real fundraising material. Real footage. Real companies. Real cap table.
